Ishak's troubles with the Board go back many years and through various findings and violations, many of which were eventually rolled into a single Board Order covering multiple years of problematic behavior. He appears to have eventually been reduced to the role of an in-home euthanasia provider.
Cohen went on to represent Ishak in yet another complaint, one in which Ishak was accused of attempting to more or less rebrand himself as Doctor Reed.
